That’s the thing about an elopement – it can be whatever you want! Many times it has just been the couple, the officiant, and myself at an elopement. On the other hand, you could do a micro wedding with the most important people in your life in attendance. Either way you choose to go, I promise you will fall in love all over again as you look back at your wedding photos.
Elopements and micro weddings are very similar. A micro wedding typically has less than 50 guests. Maybe the two of you have a private ceremony with a celebration afterwards. Or maybe you invite your guest to both, the ceremony and the reception — the choice is yours. There’s just something magical about having a micro wedding though. It’s a very intimate experience and with the limited number of guests you are truly surrounded by those that care about you the most.
